You must not share your account with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. www.hawkplay will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
www.hawkplay accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the official deposits page at the time of your transaction. Currently supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are displayed in your account dashboard and may change at www.hawkplay's discretion with reasonable notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether belonging to family members, friends, or business partners — are strictly prohibited. www.hawkplay reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds pending investigation when deposits are suspected to originate from unregistered third-party sources.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, players undergoing enhanced due diligence may have temporary deposit limits applied. All deposits are denominated and credited in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed within two (2) minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business hours depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. Deposits made outside Philippine banking hours may be credited on the next business banking day.
www.hawkplay does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to verify any fees charged by GCash, PayMaya, or your bank before initiating a deposit. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your www.hawkplay wallet.
Withdrawal of funds from your www.hawkplay account is subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

www.hawkplay reserves the right to void and reclaim any winnings obtained through fraudulent means, technical errors, or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to winnings generated during system malfunctions or from games placed with funds obtained in breach of bonus terms.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and communicated to eligible players via email or in-platform notification. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

All games offered on www.hawkplay are powered by certified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, www.hawkplay's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
